Date: 30th April 2025 Location: Hotel between Beaconsfield & Gerards Cross – very handy for M40. Structure: Coffee & cakes in a reception area with plenty of attentive TW staff in attendance. Meeting: Presentations from Chairman & CEO followed by Q&A, then the main voting. The meeting was scheduled for 90 minutes but lasted less than an hour.  Afterwards a further chance to meet the directors. Attendance: About 50 people. These included a lot of TW staff, who all wore ID. The board on the main table was 11 strong, so it is possible shareholders were outnumbered by staff.
