Asset Match is a leading online marketplace for shares in UK private companies. Through regular online auctions, it provides shareholders in private businesses a route to exit and gives sophisticated investors access to a largely untapped market. It is one of the four operators currently approved under PISCES.
What is PISCES?
PISCES (the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System) is a new regulated framework allowing shares in private companies to be traded at periodic trading events, without the company having to list. It promises something private company shareholders have rarely had: a regular, orderly way to buy and sell.
