One of the keys to successful investment is knowing all the information there is to know about a company. With several thousand listed UK entities (including AIM stocks) it is inevitable that coverage of companies, particularly smaller ones, by analysts or the financial media is patchy. ShareSoc publishes many company reviews and AGM reports that are not available anywhere else, thus giving you unique insights into many businesses – these are present in our Newsletters or on our Members Network.

There are also other good sources of information on companies (the ShareSoc Investor Academy provides a useful catalogue of such sources) and most of these are free of charge. Obviously one of the best sources is the company itself and it is usually easy to find their web page using an internet search engine where there is usually an “Investors” section (or use the London Stock Exchange’s company search page). ShareSoc also provides coverage on companies where there are particular problems or in which individual investors have a specific interest.

Unique Company AGM Reports from ShareSoc

Company reports are present in ShareSoc Newsletters and on our Blogs plus there are many reports from members on our Members Network. A list of recent AGM Reports is present on the News page on this website. Check the blog index or use the Members Network search facility, to look for other information on particular companies.

Please refer to our Legal page for the terms of use of information on Companies on the ShareSoc web sites, in newsletters, blogs and other communication media. Please bear in mind that our past reports only comment on the situation at the date written, and we cannot promise to provide later updates.
