Launch Meeting for the New SIGnet North Leeds / Harrogate / Skipton Group

SIGnet is a national network of individual investor groups in the UK. Groups meet on a regular basis, typically monthly, to give individual investors the opportunity to socialise, discuss, and learn from each other. The main goal is to improve members’ knowledge and investment decision-making processes through free discussion and mutual education. We are launching a new group for those who are able to meet in the North Leeds / Harrogate / Skipton area
The plan is for the group to meet monthly. The Convener will be Bill Fawkner-Corbett. He has been investing for over 50 years, but has taken it more seriously since 2008. His portfolio includes individual shares (mainly in UK and US), Investment Trusts, ETFs and EIS funds. He has been the Convener of several SIGnet online groups.
Please register for this online meeting if you are interested in joining the new North Leeds / Harrogate / Skipton Group and would like to hear more about it. Even if you find you cannot join the meeting, registering will put you on the list to receive further details of the group, once available.
This launch meeting is open to anyone. If not already a member, you will need to join SIGnet to attend subsequent meetings.
Places in the new group are limited. Priority goes to members who register for SIGnet within 5 days of the launch meeting and aren’t in other groups. Remaining spots will be given to SIGnet/Premium members on a first-come, first-served basis*. If the group is full, we’ll add you to a waiting list and may start another group if a volunteer Convener is available.

Once you have registered you will receive an email notification, as well as a reminder 1 day before the event starts. The email includes a link to add a calendar reminder for the meeting. We recommend that you do this.
*SIGnet members can join up to two groups if there are vacancies. Priority is given to those who haven’t reached their limit. To join more than two groups, please email your request to info@sharesoc.org for the Head of SIGnet’s attention.
