The portfolio is concentrated into 50-80 stocks and built to navigate all market conditions, making it an ideal core holding for both new and experienced Asia investors. Every year, the Trust targets a 6% payout of portfolio value as quarterly dividends, offering UK investors a way to diversify and strengthen their income strategy while accessing one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

Pauline Ng, Managing Director, Country Specialist Portfolio Manager for ASEAN Equities
Pauline Ng, Managing Director, is a country specialist for ASEAN equities and head of the ASEAN team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team based in Singapore. She also has shared responsibilities for the Asia Core Strategy. Pauline joined the firm in 2005 from Allianz Dresdner Asset Management where she was first an Asia ex-Japan telecommunications analyst and latterly a fund manager responsible for Malaysia and emerging Asia. Pauline obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
