As well as primary rounds, Crowdcube also offers liquidity to existing investors and employees through secondary share sales, either on its own platform or as a Registered Auction Agent (RAA) on London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM). It recently acted as an RAA on both the buy and sell side on the PSMs Wayve and Moneybox transactions, which generated over £100m in value.

Matt Cooper is the co-CEO of Crowdcube, Europe’s leading private market investment platform. He brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services and FMCG, and has helped raise more than £1.5bn for 1,300+ private companies, including Monzo, Revolut and ZOE Health. Matt began his career in the City with Merrill Lynch and later held a senior role at social enterprise Global Ethics.
