Meeting – The 3 directors (plus Company Secretary) sat at the top table and quickly ran through the formal business, accepting questions about the structure of the company. This was followed by a Q&A session with the fund managers, who had done a 15-minute presentation ahead of the AGM, available online prior to the meeting.
