Central Asia Metals PLC
Speaker: Gavin Ferrar, CEO
Bio: Gavin has over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector. He began his career in the industry with Anglo American, initially in target generation and due diligence, and subsequently in greenfields exploration and project management of a feasibility study of a gold project. He then spent eleven years in London’s investment banking sector in debt financing, derivatives and equity investments across the mining sector with Barclays Capital and Investec. Gavin joined the Company in June 2014 as Business Development Director, was appointed CFO in April 2018 and held this position for six years before being appointed CEO in October 2024.
Company Description: Central Asia Metals, an AIM-quoted UK company based in London, owns 100% of the Kounrad SX-EW copper operation in central Kazakhstan and 100% of the Sasa zinc-lead mine in North Macedonia. The Company also owns an 80% interest in CAML Exploration, a subsidiary formed to progress early-stage exploration opportunities in Kazakhstan, and a 28.4% interest in Aberdeen Minerals Ltd, a privately-owned UK company focused on the exploration and development of base metals opportunities in northeast Scotland.

Speaker: Simon Deacon, CEO
Bio: A dynamic, forward-looking entrepreneur, Simon established his first business over 30 years ago. Since then he has founded and grown businesses in Lighting, Electronics, Display manufacturing, Agriculture Technologies, and Passive Fire Protection markets. Simon was also a co-founder of a retail consultancy that created a working standard for Circular Design Certification reporting on carbon impact and sustainability. This has been adopted by global retailers and brands.

Speaker 1: Joshua Hoopes, CEO
Bio: Josh became Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2025. Prior to joining Fevara in 2024, he worked for Associated British Foods plc for more than ten years, including five years as Managing Director at AB Agri where he oversaw the Intellync and AB Dairy Divisions of the company. Josh holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Manchester Business School which led to his early career experience with Deloitte and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Josh is an experienced operator with a deep understanding of Agriculture and related markets.
Speaker 2: Gavin Manson, CFO
Bio: In November 2023 Gavin was appointed as CFO of Fevara plc. Previous appointments include Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Electra Private Equity PLC, Group Finance Director of Premier Farnell plc, Finance Director of the largest division of Thomas Cook Group Plc and Managing Director of Merck Services UK Ltd. In February 2024, Gavin joined the Board of AIM listed Windar Photonics plc as a Non-Executive Director, whilst continuing as Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit and Risk of Meallmore Ltd, one of the largest care home operators in Scotland.
Company Description: Fevara is an international specialist in livestock supplements. The Group develops, manufactures and markets research-proven supplements, including feed licks, blocks, bagged minerals, and boluses for cattle, sheep and horses, sold under recognised and trusted brands, including Crystalyx®, Horslic®, Horslyx®, Scotmin Nutrition®, SmartLic®, Tracesure® Advanced and Macal®.

Bow Street Group PLC
Speaker 1: David Page, Executive Chairman
Bio: David was chief executive and then chairman of PizzaExpress until it was acquired by a private equity house in 2002. David founded and was chairman of The Clapham House Group PLC from 2003 to 2010, during which time it acquired Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Bombay Bicycle Club and other restaurant brands, including The Real Greek. Between 2012 and 2023, David founded and was chairman of The Fulham Shore PLC which acquired Franco Manca and The Real Greek.
Speaker 2: Nick Wong, CFO
Bio: Nick qualified as a chartered accountant with Baker Tilly and specialised in corporate finance. From 2005 to 2013, Nick was the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of The Clapham House Group PLC and worked on the acquisitions of several restaurant businesses including Gourmet Burger Kitchen (grew from 6 to 60 restaurants in the UK and over 10 internationally) as well as their disposals and the recommended takeover by Nando’s owners. Nick was appointed Finance Director of The Fulham Shore PLC between 2014 and 2024, overseeing the acquisition Franco Manca (grew from 10 to 70) and The Real Greek (grew from 7 to 27) and the eventual recommended acquisition by Toridoll Holdings Corporation. In addition to finance, he also looked after the IT and online strategy of various restaurant businesses, introducing numerous loyalty and rich data systems into those businesses
Company Description: Bow Street Group is an AIM-listed restaurant Group and operator of the Wildwood and dim t brands. During 2025, it completed a meaningful fundraise to enable it to invest in the current estate and acquire additional exciting and scalable restaurant brands, as well as appointing David Page as Executive Chair and Nick Wong as CFO, both formerly of The Fulham Shore and other restaurant groups.
