Time Finance plc, (TIME): Time Finance’s a non-bank alternative finance provider to UK Businesses. Its investment objective is to achieve long-term total returns for investors and its policy is to maintain a broadly diversified portfolio by country, industry sector, maturity, and number of underlying investments.

Central Asia Metals (CAML): Central Asia Metals (CAML) produces base metals essential for modern living in a safe and sustainable environment for all its stakeholders. The Company is a copper producer with operations at Kounrad, Kazakhstan, and is a zinc and lead producer at the Sasa mine in North Macedonia.
Sustainability is very important to the Company and is integral to its operations in both Kazakhstan and North Macedonia. CAML publishes an annual Sustainability Report in line with the Global Reporting Initiative standards, and as of 2021 has begun reporting towards TCFD in its climate change disclosures. CAML has committed to a 50% reduction in its scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 versus a 2020 base, and to achieving net zero by 2050. Since listing on AIM, CAML has established itself as a company known for its dividends, and has returned $277 million to shareholders through its dividends since 2012. CAML is now debt-free with a strong balance sheet and two sustainable, long life, low cost, cash generative operations and a deleveraging profile. The company is well placed to look for value-accretive growth opportunities for the long term.

This seminar consists of a 25-minute presentation by each company followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers. Companies presenting are interesting growth companies of small/medium cap size. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk directly to the directors of the presenting companies. This is also a great opportunity to socialise with your fellow investors and discuss these and other investment opportunities.
