Speaker bio: Charles King is Head of Investor Relations at Halma plc, leading the Group’s communications with investors and analysts. Together with the Head of Sustainability, he is also responsible for the Group’s reporting on its sustainability and ESG initiatives. He joined Halma in 2018, having previously worked for over 20 years in a number of other investor relations roles in companies including Worldpay, Tate & Lyle, Cadbury Schweppes and Lloyds Banking Group. Before moving to investor relations, he was a corporate broker in the City, advising a wide range of companies on their interactions with the equity markets. He graduated from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge in the late ‘80s with a degree in English
