Company description: The Schroder Income Growth Fund aims to achieve income growth in excess of inflation and capital growth as a result of that rising income, by investing in a portfolio of primarily UK equities. SCF has grown its dividend for 31 consecutive years, since it was launched in 1995 – a feat that has earned it a place on the Association of Investment Companies’ list of dividend heroes.
Speaker’s bio:
Sue Noffke, Portfolio Manager
Sue Noffke has been portfolio manager of the Schroder Income Growth investment trust since 2010. She is also responsible for Schroders’ active ownership approach for UK equities and leads the firm’s external advocacy on the development and competitiveness of UK capital markets.
Sue managed the Prime UK Equity strategy for 20 years, becoming Head of the team in 2013, and served as Head of UK Equities from 2019 to 2026. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Corporate Social Responsibility from 2001 to 2006. She has managed UK equity portfolios for institutional clients since 1993, having previously held analytical responsibilities for the insurance, tobacco and retail sectors between 1990 and 1992. Sue began her investment career at Schroders in 1989.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Biochemistry from Aston University and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the university in 2014.
