Tristel plc is a global infection prevention company focussed on the manufacture and supply of products using its unique proprietary chlorine dioxide (ClO2) chemistry. The Company is a market leader in manual decontamination of medical devices, supplying hospitals under the Tristel brand, and under the Cache brand provides products for sporicidal surface disinfection, in a format which is a sustainable alternative to commonly used pre-wetted plastic wipes. The Company has been listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market since 2005 (AIM: TSTL).

Anna Wasyl – Chief Financial Officer
Anna is a dynamic and commercially focused CFO with a strong track record in multinational organisations and technology-driven sectors, including medical devices, robotics, and industrial automation. Anna has over 20 years of experience across publicly listed and venture-backed companies and joined Tristel from CMR Surgical, the Cambridge-based global surgical robotics business, where she served as Chief Commercial Partnerships and Operations Officer, having previously held the role of Group CFO.

Douglas Grant – Chief Executive Officer
Douglas Grant is the CEO of Manx Financial Group. Douglas has over 40 years’ experience working in finance, initially with Scottish Power, before moving to the industrial sector to work with ICI and then Allenwest. Prior to joining Manx Financial Group, he was finance director of various UK and Isle of Man private sector companies and has extensive capital markets experience. He is a professionally qualified banker with an executive MBA.

 

European Green Transition plc (EGT)

European Green Transition plc   is a company focused on acquiring, integrating and optimising revenue-generating and profitable services businesses in the critical infrastructure sector across the UK and Ireland.

In 2026, EGT delivered a significant milestone in this strategy by acquiring an EBITDA profitable operation, maintenance, repairs, and remote monitoring platform business which serves over 900 onshore wind turbines across the UK & Ireland. This platform includes Earthmill, Wind Energy Partnership, Silverford Engineering, and Anemos Analytics.

The Company’s strategy is to deliver sustained organic growth by expanding its service offering, driving operational efficiencies to support margin improvement, and generating strong free cash flow to fund reinvestment and a progressive dividend strategy. EGT is pursuing a disciplined capital allocation policy, including targeting selective bolt-on acquisitions across the critical infrastructure space in the UK, Ireland, and Europe, such as water, energy, roads, and data centres. The Company is also seeking to sell or partner its existing portfolio of non-core mining projects, including the Olserum Rare Earth Element (REE) Project.

Cathal Friel – Co-founder & Executive Chair 

Cathal Friel is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a long and successful history and to date has listed five companies on the London Stock Exchange. Cathal is Managing Director of Raglan Capital and is co-founder and Chair of both European Green Transition plc and Poolbeg Pharma plc. Poolbeg was established as a spin-off from hVIVO plc (formerly Open Orphan plc) in 2021, a company which Cathal also co-founded and served as Chair until June 2025. Prior to this, Cathal also co‐founded Amryt Pharma plc which IPO’d on the London Stock Exchange in 2016 and was successfully sold to Chiesi Farmaceutici for $1.48bn in April 2023. Prior to that, he was co‐founder and Chairman of Fastnet Oil & Gas plc, which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2011.

Dave Broadbank – Managing Director, Wind Energy Services Platform

Dave Broadbank is an experienced operations leader with over a decade of proven success in the renewable energy sector. He is responsible for leading EGT’s wind energy services business, having worked with Earthmill since April 2011.

Dave has deep expertise in wind turbine operations, maintenance, and asset management and has overseen the delivery of approximately 300 wind turbine installations across the UK and played a central role in expanding Earthmill’s managed fleet to around 800 operational assets through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. His hands-on approach and operational rigour established Earthmill as one of the UK’s leading specialists in small and medium-scale wind turbine services and now positions him to drive operational excellence, safety, and long-term customer partnerships across the wind energy services business.

This seminar will be recorded. It will consist of a 20-minute presentation by each company followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers. After the presentations there will be an hour of Networking with light buffet and wine where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with company directors and share your investing experience with fellow investors.

Event registration opens at 4.30 pm and presentations commence at 5.00 pm.
