Featuring: Anexo Group PLC (ANX), Scientific Digital Imaging plc (SDI) and PCF Group (PCF).
Anexo (ANX): Anexo is a specialist integrated credit hire and legal services group focused on providing replacement vehicles and associated legal services to impecunious customers who have been involved in a non-fault accident. These individuals typically do not have the financial means or access to a replacement vehicle which allows the Group to charge credit hire rather than spot hire or GTA rates, recovering these charges from the at-fault insurer at no upfront cost to the individual. The Group has developed an integrated business model with a dedicated field sales team generating almost all of the Group’s Road Traffic Accident (“RTA”) customers from a network of approximately 1,100 active referrers in 2018.
Scientific Digital Imaging plc (SDI): Scientific Digital Imaging plc (SDI) designs and manufactures scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets through the Synoptics brands (Syngene, Synbiosis and Synoptics Health), the Atik Cameras brand, Quantum Scientific Imaging, the Opus Instruments brand (Osiris), Sentek, Astles Control Systems, Applied Thermal Control as well as the recently acquired, Fistreem International.
PCF Group plc (PCF): Established in 1994, PCF Group plc is the AIM-listed parent of specialist bank, PCF Bank Limited. Since commencing operations as a bank in 2017, the Group has increased its lending portfolio significantly, targeting an initial portfolio of £350 million by 2020 and growing to a £750 million portfolio by 2022. The Group will retain its focus on portfolio quality, lending increasingly to the prime segment of its existing finance markets. The Group has also recently diversified its lending products and asset classes through acquisition and by setting up new organic operations.
