British Land’s portfolio of UK commercial properties is focused on Retail around the UK and London Offices. The company owns or manages a portfolio valued at £16.8bn (British Land share: £12.9bn) as at 30 September 2018, making them one of Europe’s largest listed real estate investment companies.
Their portfolio is focused on Regional and Local multi-let centres and accounts for 49% of the portfolio. British Land’s Offices portfolio comprises three office-led campuses in central London as well as high-quality standalone buildings and accounts for 48% of their portfolio.
