We believe all shareholders – including those holding shares through nominee platforms – deserve full access to their legal rights. This core campaign pushes for voting rights, company communications, and AGM access to be guaranteed for all investors.

Woodford Campaign

Thousands of private investors suffered losses in the collapse of Woodford’s investment vehicles. This campaign seeks accountability, redress, and lessons learned. We’re tracking legal routes, supporting affected investors, and pushing for stronger regulation to prevent future failures.

Hartley Pensions

ShareSoc is supporting clients of Hartley Pensions who have faced long delays accessing their retirement savings. We’ve engaged directly with the FCA and administrators, helped secure FSCS support for fees, and continue to push for a swift resolution to pension transfers.
