Last week (18/4/2018) I attended the Annual General Meeting of RTC Plc (RTC) in the very splendid offices of Gowling WLP at 4 More London Riverside with wonderful views of the Tower of London. Here’s a brief report on the event. There were about a dozen ordinary shareholders present, three directors (the only NED, Mr May, was ill and unable to attend) and the auditor who arrived late.
