Company Information: DX Group (AIM: DX.) is an AIM-quoted provider of delivery solutions. The Company offers both B2B and B2C parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services.
The Company is almost three years into a major turnaround, led by a new board put in place in October 2017. The directors have a proven track record. CEO Lloyd Dunn and Chairman Ron Series, previously achieved the successful turnaround of Tuffnells, later sold to Connect Group for £135m in 2014.
In its recent full-year results, DX reported its return to adjusted pre-tax profit for the first time since the turnaround began.
There is significant potential upside in the stock price, with broker Liberum setting a 30p target for the shares, around double today’s level.
