Company Information:
Anexo is a specialist integrated credit hire and legal services provider. The Group has created a unique business model by combining a direct capture Credit Hire business with a wholly owned Legal Services firm. The integrated business targets the impecunious not at fault motorist, referring to those who do not have the financial means or access to a replacement vehicle. Anexo also operates a Housing Disrepair division, assisting the impecunious tenant with claims for substandard housing. In addition, the Group pursues class actions across a broad range of areas, including professional and clinical negligence, as well as general litigation. The Group is headquartered in Liverpool with satellite offices in Bolton and Leeds and employs around 900 people. Anexo was admitted to trading on AIM in June 2018.

Nick Dashwood Brown has over thirty years’ experience in equity markets with a background in sales and corporate broking. He has covered Asian, pan-European and UK small cap markets for a number of bulge bracket and boutique firms. Nick moved into Investor Relations in 2015 and has been with Anexo for five years.
