Shareholders at Majestic Wine were given a proxy voting form that included two common resolutions - a vote on the Remuneration Report and a vote on Remuneration Policy. As a shareholder in Majestic Wine I decided to try their web site a couple of weeks before today's AGM encouraged by a special shareholder offer, so I ordered a few bottles to make up a half case. They also sell beer I learned (being such a sober fellow I am not a frequenter of their stores even though I hold shares in the company).
