This year’s Surface Transforms (SCE) AGM was held at the FinnCap offices, 3rd Floor, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on Tuesday 11th December 2018 commencing at 11:00 am. There were around 20 attendees, which included the directors, two company managers and around 6 - 8 ordinary private investors.

Written ten days after the AGM and I am going unapologetically to plagiarise someone else’s report.
SCE makes ceramic brakes. They cost a fortune (c£10,000 a pair) and the business model relies on custom fit, super car application; followed by retrofit up-grade; followed by top-end model adoption; followed by affordable rollout lower down the range of an OEM.
