For only the second time in 40+ years I spoke at an AGM - this one was at Begbies Traynor. I was a few minutes late and was the only non-Begbies person there apart an elderly lady who said nothing.
After holding the shares for 6 years and it going the wrong way (i.e. down from 104p to 48p or so ) I noted the following to the AGM (these figures are approximate):
