VolitionRX (VNRX): Volition is a multi-national life sciences company focused on developing simple, easy to use, cost-effective blood tests designed to help diagnose a range of cancers. The tests are based on the technology platform of Nucleosomics®. Volition recently announced interim results that demonstrated high levels of accuracy in early stage and pre-cancerous adenomas as well as the signing of a Global Sales and Distribution Agreement with Active Motif for a range of Research Use Only kits.
PCF Group PLC (PCF): PCF Group plc, formerly Private & Commercial Finance Group plc, is engaged in banking business. The Company offers retail savings products for individuals. In addition, the Company deploys those funds through its two lending divisions such as consumer finance and business finance.
Paypoint (PAY): PayPoint plc offers innovative and time-saving technology that empowers convenience retailers in the UK and Romania to achieve higher footfall and increased spend so they can grow their businesses profitably. Its retail services platform, PayPoint One, is now live in over 6,800 stores in the UK and offers everything a modern convenience store needs, from parcels and contactless card payments to EPoS and bill payment services.
Empresaria (EMR): Empresaria Group plc is an international specialist staffing group with 20 brands operating in 21 countries across the globe being the UK, Germany, Japan, India, UAE, Indonesia, Chile, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Finland, USA, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Austria, Hong Kong, Mexico, Philippines and Peru. These events consist of a 25-minute presentation by each company followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers. Companies presenting are interesting growth companies of small/medium cap size. Refreshments and a buffet are provided free of charge to Full ShareSoc Members but there is a charge for others and you get the opportunity to talk directly to the directors of the presenting companies. This is also a great opportunity to socialise with your fellow investors and discuss these and other investment opportunities. These seminars are open to anyone with an interest in stock market investing.

Event registration opens at 5.00 pm and presentations commence at 5.30 pm. Please do not arrive before 5.00pm, for security reasons you will not be admitted to the building before that time.
