SmartSpace Software Plc (SMRT): SmartSpace Software plc is a SaaS-based technology business, designing and building software for occupancy management and space optimisation. The Company’s software solutions in workspace, retail and hospitality help transform employee and customer engagement with modules which include: desk management, meeting room management, wayfinding, car parking, visitor management, frictionless vending and analytics.
Kape Technologies (KAPE): Kape is a cybersecurity company focused on helping consumers around the world have better experience and protection in their digital life. Kape develops and distributes a variety of digital products in the online security space, leveraging its proprietary digital distribution technology to optimise its reach.
Diurnal (DNL): Founded in 2004, Diurnal is a UK-based specialty pharma company developing high quality products for the life-long treatment of chronic endocrine (hormonal) disorders, including Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), a $410m opportunity in Europe and the US, and paediatric Adrenal Insufficiency (AI), a $82m opportunity in Europe and the US. Its first product, Alkindi®, was launched in Europe during 2018 for the treatment of paediatric AI. Its second product, Chronocort®, is being developed for the treatment of CAH in adults and recently completed a Phase 3 trial in Europe. Diurnal’s expertise and innovative research activities focus on circadian-based endocrinology to yield novel product candidates in the rare and chronic endocrine disease arena.
OPG Power (OPG): OPG, the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2008; the Company has grown from 20 MW of generating capacity to 476 MW, consistently delivering strong results as well as growth. India provides significant opportunities in the energy sector given its low and rising per capita consumption of electricity, and overall economic growth estimates.

These events consist of a 25-minute presentation by each company followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers. Companies presenting are interesting growth companies of small/medium cap size. Refreshments and a buffet are provided free of charge to Full ShareSoc Members but there is a charge for others and you get the opportunity to talk directly to the directors of the presenting companies. This is also a great opportunity to socialise with your fellow investors and discuss these and other investment opportunities. These seminars are open to anyone with an interest in stock market investing.

Event registration opens at 5.00 pm and presentations commence at 5.30 pm. Please do not arrive before 5.00pm, for security reasons you will not be admitted to the building before that time.
