Formerly known as the Liverpool Group, we adopted our current name in May 2025 to better reflect the evolving focus of our meetings and to acknowledge that, with meetings now held online, we welcome members from beyond the Liverpool area.
We are a community of 10–15 active investors, most of whom hold the majority of their portfolios in UK-listed shares across the FTSE 250, Small Cap, and AIM indices. Our shared goal is to deepen our understanding of individual companies, to enhance our investment strategies, and also to discuss broader investment topics.
Our meetings centre on:
- In-depth analysis and discussion of individual UK shares of mutual interest.
- Sharing investment processes and insights to help members grow their expertise and improve long-term returns.
In addition, we are building our own virtual ‘Select Portfolio’ of promising smaller UK companies. Every two months, six shares—drawn from members’ watchlists—are analysed and presented. The group then votes online to decide which shares are added to the virtual portfolio.
