- FairFX Group plc (FFX): FairFX is a leading international payment services provider to the retail and corporate segments of the UK market, which combined is estimated to be worth £60 billion a year. The Company has a cloud-based peer-to-peer payments platform that enables personal and business customers to make low-cost multicurrency payments in a broad range of currencies and across a range of FX products, all via one integrated system.
- MaxCyte (MXCT): MaxCyte is an AIM-listed global cell-based medicines and life sciences company applying its patented cell engineering technology to help patients with high unmet medical needs in a broad range of conditions.
- eServGlobal (AIM:ESG, ASX:ESV): eServGlobal is a joint venture partner, together with Mastercard, in the HomeSend global payments hub. HomeSend enables cross-border transfer between bank accounts, cards, mobile wallets, or cash outlets from anywhere in the world. Global payments is estimated to be a US$22 Trillion market. eServGlobal incubated and commercially developed the HomeSend technology before entering into the JV with Mastercard in 2014.
- K3 Business Technology Group plc (AIM: KBT): K3 provides and supports business-management software to customers in the supply chain sector, including retailers, manufacturers and distributors.
Its software is mission-critical and enables customers to track and manage their business resources, and collect, store, manage and interpret data across their activities.
Note that the timing of this event has been brought forward and presentations will finish by 18:45, to allow England fans to catch the match at a nearby bar.
These events consist of a 25 minute presentation by each company followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers. Companies presenting are interesting growth companies of small/medium cap size. Refreshments and a buffet are provided free of charge to Full ShareSoc Members but there is a charge for others and you get the opportunity to talk directly to the directors of the presenting companies. This is also a great opportunity to socialise with your fellow investors and discuss these and other investment opportunities. These seminars are open to anyone with an interest in stock market investing.

Event registration opens at 3.30 pm and presentations commence at 4.00 pm. Please do not arrive before 3.30pm, for security reasons you will not be admitted to the building before that time.
